Refund policy

We stand by our products and their quality. If there is an issue with a product you've received, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will be happy to refund your purchase in full (including shipping*) at elsewhere@shomigo.com.

If you have a change of heart or receive an unwanted gift, we're here to help. We'll gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.
